Reflexology is supposed to provide improvement in circulation and production of different hormones from glands by manipulating certain areas on the hands, feet, and ears.
Review of Service
I am very annoyed that I wasted more money on this. I suppose it helps if you really believe in reflexology. I have a friend who swears by it, so I thought I would give it a shot. I suffer from migraines, and had a very bad migraine just a few days ago. I went to see the reflexologist, hoping it would alleviate some of the misery I was feeling. It was basically an enhanced foot massage and hand manipulation and some pinching of my earlobes. It didn't do anything for me at all, and I got no relief from this. I don't think I will try this again, no matter how badly my head hurts. I am sure the reflexologist did what she was supposed to do, but it didn't work for me, and don't believe it ever will in the future.
Tips
If you don't believe in these types of healing arts, don't waste your money on them. It won't be worth your time, money, or gas to get there, and you will be angry with yourself for doing it.
