Description of service
I went to a reflexologist for migraines. They provide Reflexology and aromatherapy, as well as some massage therapy for treatment of anything from stress to migraines.
Review of Service
I have suffered from migraine headaches since childhood, and have yet to find a good remedy for the pain. A friend suggested I see a reflexologist, and I thought I would give it a try. The reflexologist tried to ease my discomfort by working on pressure points in my feet. While it felt like an excellent foot massage, it certainly was not worth the seventy five bucks I forked over. I am not sure I would pay seventy-five dollars for a foot massage in the future, though now I know I will not benefit from reflexology as a cure for my headaches. It did absolutely nothing for me, though some would say it is because I did not keep an open mind about the procedure ahead of time.
Tips
If you have any doubts about whether or not it will work, don't waste your time or your money. However, if you are strong believer in Eastern medicine and homeopathic remedies, it may work for you. In that case, make sure the reflexologist is licensed, and be sure you are comfortable with the person who will be working on you.
