the Price of Reflexology

This service was hired at a city based Reflexology and Aroma therapy center near downtown. The center is quite well known for its massages including reflexology and fish massage and even some Ayurvedic massages. The price of reflexology treatment included a one hour session cost including some oils used during the session and consultant fees of the therapist. It also included service center cost and service taxes.

I must say the one word to describe the Reflexology service would be 'relaxing'. The massage alleviated my foot pain which had been troubling me since some months while walking and running. It felt as good as new and now I do not feel the pain even a bit thought it has been a long time since this session was done. Also, it made the other muscles of my body relax and invigorated.

Reflexology in general involves massaging of specific areas of the feet only for chronic and sometimes even serious medical illnesses. However sometimes various points on the hand and ears are also massaged as a treatment for many conditions. In my session too, the therapist massaged some points of my hands. A new kind of reflexology is 'Fish in water reflexology treatment'. I would like to try it whenever I get a chance. One final word would be - beware of quacks who can do more damage and can worsen your pain.
