I have curly hair whose length is so much that the collar of my shirt too gets covered. I wanted to don a new look for a special day. So I got my hair trimmed and also went in for temporary hair straightening. I got the service from a very professional hair salon and I was charged $40 for the entire service which included trimming, temporary straightening and of course a welcome drink.

The ambience of the salon was very soothing. With light music playing in the background, the place was no less than a retreat. The stylist used some sort of iron to temporary straighten my hair and also applied something on the hair. After the service, my hair became light and shiny and now they were quite straight and the new look appeared to be quite good. My new look lasted for about four days.

You must go in for temporary hair straightening if you have sufficiently long hair and want to experiment with your look. If you are getting this done for a special occasion, visit the salon when everything else is ready and you have to proceed to the function directly. It is always better to take an appointment.
