the Price of Temporary Hair Straightening

I paid for a style which included hair washing, drying, style of my choice and hair styling products used. I chose straightening. The service took approximately 45 minutes. I also paid a tip which was not included in the initial fee. TIp is based upon the customer's discretion. The washing and drying was a pleasant experience and I assume the salon uses the most up to date and quality products. The stylist then dried my hair using a diffuser with a hairdryer and a large rounded brush. She then put a product like somewhat like a "shiner" and a leave in conditioner in my hair. The the stylist used a very high grade straightener which straighted my hair perfectly. It remained that way for three days.

The stylist was not very professional but was very proficient and capable. The salon I chose was not exaclty high class because I was trying to save money. The end result was acceptable, however, which is basically all that matters.

If you are trying to save a little money by choosing a salon that does not have a 4-star reputation, be prepared to recieve less quality customer service. Some people may prefer to spend extra money to have the better service. The hair straigtening in the end, though, was just as good as anywhere else.
