Review of Service
We had so much fun horseback riding last weekend. My oldest son is five, and loves animals. We were bored last Saturday and decided to check out the local stable which ran an ad in the local newsletter. It was well worth the price. It did cost a lot, but the guide was very knowledgeable and very patient. Every one of us are beginners and don't know much about horses, but the guide was careful to be thorough and gave excellent demonstrations prior to handing over the reigns, literally, to myself and my son. The ride was an hour and a half, which was actually kind of long for us.
Tips
Wear comfortable clothes. Make sure you have on long pants and not shorts, even if it is warm outside. Something about the horse hair will irritate the heck out of your legs. Also, if you have boots I recommend wearing those. Otherwise, tennis shoes will be okay, just wear long socks in case your jeans ride up.
