Description of service
This is the price our family pays to go horseback riding at a local park. The price is per person and each ride lasts approximately forty-five minutes. An experienced rider accompanies groups on the rides. The park offers many different sizes of horses, so children are able to ride a smaller horse that they feel comfortable with. Before the ride starts, the guide gives the group a short lesson about riding a horse and goes over some basic safety rules.
Review of Service
This is one of our favorite summer activities! The children love riding and feeding the horses, and I feel safe knowing that someone is always there who is knowledgeable about horse safety. The instructors are awesome, funny, and teach the children so much about horses. These horseback rides are shorter than others I have heard about, but I think the length is perfect for children who may get tired more easily. The price is also very reasonable.
Tips
Most places offering horseback rides now have websites online so that you can find out important information ahead of time. Many places require reservations, so make sure you find out if this is the case at your local horseback trails before planning your ride. Have fun!
