Description of service
We went to a local stable in Arizona for our first horseback trail ride. We called and made reservations since our party was 20 people. The trail ride was an hour long and included an experienced guide.
Review of Service
We arrived at noon for our hour long trail ride. Our group included some out of town clients so we were really interested in hiring a experienced horseman to accompany us downt the trail. The fee was $25 per person for the one hour session. The stables in above the lower Salt river area so the trail and the scenery had the old Western Arizona flare. I selected a mild mannered Pinto horse who was easy to guide and ride. I had been on horseback before but this was the first time that I had the opportunity to experience trail riding at it best. The guide was real knowledgable and made even the most inexperience riders feel comfortable on the horse back. The trail was easy to medium in difficulty. Our party stayed together and the one hour ride seemed to go by in no time. I have nothing but complements for the staff of the stable. They were very easy to work with and provided mild mannered animals for our expedition. The cost and quality of the service was very much worth the small price of $25.00 per person.
Tips
The horse you select in a very big part of the overall enjoyment of your outing. If you are an inexperienced rider then ask the guide to select the animal that fits your experience and riding style.
