Description of service
The cost of shared personal training was $15 per person per session, with session ranging from 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the number of people in the group. We could have a maximum of 6 people in our group. The $15 was no matter how many people were training at one time. There was no discount for more people.
Review of Service
My friends and I have been interested in getting a personal trainer. We decided to go with training in a group, because we thought it would be more fun and more motivating. Our personal trainer did a great job. She spend an adequate amount of time with each of us, and made sure that we understood how to perform each exercise. She was very knowledgeable about personal fitness and let us workout at our own pace. I thought it was a lot of fun training as a group. The price was reasonable, although I thought we might get a discount because there were six of us.
Tips
If you are looking into shared personal training training, you should find out if you get a discount for a larger group. You should also make sure the personal trainer is certified, so that you get a quality workout.
