Description of service
I am a member of a local gym. I am there at least 5 days a week working out. I reached a point where I could not seem to get any lighter or stronger. I decided to sign up for a training sessions with the gym's personal trainer. The training sessions were shared with one other member of the gym with similiar goals to mine. The sessions consisted of education on eating right and nutrition and exercises to maximize our potential, which muscle groups to concnetrate on etc.
Review of Service
Shared lessons were both good and bad. At first I enjoyed it because of the sense of competition I felt which made me work out harder. However, this proved to be an issue as my "partner" could not keep up and the trainer had to spend more time coaching him and less time with me. Ultimately, I did learn a lot. I changed my eating habits, which I didn't realize were so bad and also changed my workout. The results were undeniable, I am in much better shape now than when I first started.
Tips
I found the most important thing to be know who you will be working out with. If you do not feel they are similiar in desire, goals and in close to the same physical condition, you may want to reconsider.
Find out in advance what will be covered and make sure they are not just going to coach you through yelling but have real knowledge.
Make sure you get along with the trainer, if your personalities clash, stay away.
