My partner and I was given different routines for each different day of the week . I had the trainer's undivided attention for three days a weeks and two days we where on our own . The trainer set tasks for us to do when we where on our own. One day was running and a light weight routine. The seconded day was biking of rowing and six set of push up and setups. When with the trainer we learned stretches and workout routines.
Review of Service
My partner and I was assigned to one personal trainer for 55 minutes. I had the trainer's undivided attention for the entire session. I was given one-on-one training which I believe is beneficial for an individual who are just starting out. The trainer stated specific goals for me and my training partner. I preferred an slow even path with steps, and my partner prefer more intensity in his workout. The trainer outlined the workout and provided individualized attention
Tips
When deciding to starting shared personal training program I recommend having and good partner who is committed to working out. Also check the training of the trainer and how many of year of experience the trainer has under his or her belt.
