Description of service

Shared personal training session with one other person. Set of ten sessions. At a community gym, trainer had a deal on for two people which most trainers will not do.

Review of Service

worked out great as there were stationary bikes between workout stations; while one person using weights the other would use the bike and vice versa.

when we were doing floor exercises we would both be working at the same time.

felt we both got equal attention and it helped to have someone there so you had a comparison for form and so on. Helped to have someone else who was still learning and not a pro there with you so you keep things in perspective.

Service was very attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about getting people in shape and not just making money.

Tips

working out with a buddy is great, but even better if you ahve a pro with you.

you get feedback and make sure you both stay on track. also a little friendly competition never hurt anyone! It helps to have someone of relative ability so you don't constantly feel that you are behind or too far ahead. maybe get the trainer to rec a partner?

Make sure you both feel safe with the trainer being split attention between the two of you.
