Description of service
We paid $15 per person for the cost of shared personal training services. The price was based on the fact that had five people working out with the trainer, and we signed a contract for 6 weeks of training sessions, with 2 sessions per weeks. So, it came to $30 per week per person, for a total of $180 per person.
Review of Service
We were very happy with the shared personal training experience. We had a certified instructor, who was very knowledgeable about working out with weights, cardiovascular exercise, and nutrition. She was very patient with us, and let us work out at our own pace. At the same time, she really pushed us to work out as hard as we could. We learned the correct form for each exercise. This class enabled me to figure out my own workout plan, to learn how to eat more healthily, and to learn how to perform each exercise.
Tips
If you would like to find trainer that offer shared personal training, you should first make sure the trainer is certified. You should also find out if you have to sign a contract. It is fun to work out in a group, so you might be more likely to continue to work out in a group setting.
