Description of service
I recieved a one hour long personal training session which was shared with two other friends. We each paid the same price to participate in the group training session. We meet with the trainer three times a week and pay the same rate for each session. One session a week is done outside at a park, pool, etc. and focus mainly on cardiovascular training and the other two sessions are conducted at the gym where we live and include half cardiovascular half strength training excercises. The trainer also consulted with each of us before we began, free of charge, to talk about our goals. He gave each of us an appropriate diet plan and instructions for individual workouts we can do on days we don't see him.
Review of Service
I feel the service is of great quality. He does a great job at giving each of us individual attention which is an important quality when looking for a trainer for shared personal training. I especially liked how he consulted with each of about our goals prior to starting and made diet and work out plans with us to ensure our success. I have no real complaints about the service. I feel it is a good value for the price as individual training session can be very expensive.
Tips
Make sure you sign up with a group of people that you get along with and will motivate you, not bring you down. It is better if you can sign up with a group of friends than with people you do not know. Also, shop around, the trainer we choose offers a 10% discount per person when you sign up for a group training session which adds up to be a nice savings.
