the Price of Piano Lessons

One of my neighbors posted a sign advertising piano lessons given in her home. I have a four year old son who is very into music and I was very interested in getting him started on lessons as soon as possible. I called up my neighbor and scheduled a lesson. The first lesson was forty-five minutes long and cost thirty-five dollars. It was a basic introduction to the piano lesson.

My neighbor is a very kind and patient woman who works very well with children. She gave my son a really good introduction to playing the piano lesson. She was really knowledgeable and knew exactly how to communicate with my four year old son. I was really hoping we would like the lesson since she is a neighbor and it might be awkward if it did not wor out. But I had nothing to worry about, she was great! And since we are neighbors, she gave us a really good deal; thirty-five dollars is a really good price for a piano lesson.

I would tell people to be really careful who you choose for any lessons for your children. Make sure you know the person or check references and even get a background chek if possible. We were lucky we have known our neighbor for years and really trust her.
