Description of service
I have an older Saturn so I have to make sure it is well maintained in order for it to pass smog checks here in California. I forgot to get it checked and got a ticket, so I had to have it checked as soon as possible. Right across the street from where I live is a well know gas station/car repair shop, so I decided to see how much it would cost to do the smog check. The man gave me a price of thirty-five dollars and also said I did not need an appointment.
Review of Service
The service was great! They did the smog check on my car, checked the oil and the air in my tires and had me out of there within an hour. It was really convienant since I live right across the street and I felt really comfortable since it is a well known, national chain gas station/repair shop.
Tips
I would say to definetly make sure and have your car smog checked regularly so you don't get a ticket like me. It ended up costing me double the amount of the check when you add in the ticket. Just make sure you go to a reputable repair shop; ask your friends and family where they go.
