the Price of a Smog Check

I had a smog check for my Mazda 626 1988 car and it cost me $40.It was a requirement for the city I resided in.Because of the age of my vehicle I had it done.The price varies in some states and cities based on the popualation and smog levels and requirements.

I was happy the smog test was fast and easy and of course my car passed the smog test.The people who checked my car were able to assist me in a fast and professional way.they even recommended my car to be maintenanced for certain things.I was not sure if the $40 was a good deal because I have heard in some places it only costs $25.I had to get it done so paying the money was no big deal and knowing my car passed the smog test,made my day.

If you are uncertain if your car needs a smog test,go online and check for your vehicle.Some states and cities dont have this and you are lucky if you dont need it done.make sure you have a printout showing it passed and the amount you paid.There may be people out there who scam so be careful.
