Description of service
My refrigerator was running really cold and I couldn't get it to to stop freezing things in my refrigerator. I called a local repair shop who came out to take a look. It turned out that the handle and sensor for the temperature gauge were broken. The repairman came out the first time and had the part on him. He replaced it. It took about 20 minutes of labor which was $100. The part he used was $40 and then taxes and fees and such were around $10.
Review of Service
The gentleman at the repair shop gave me a window of 4 hours as to when the repairman would show up. He showed up about an hour into the window which worked out great. The repairman was a little short with me but very professional. He knew right away what the problem was and was in and out of my house within 20 minutes. He made sure to explain the bill to me and let me know exactly why I was being charged for everything and how much it was.
Tips
As with anyone coming into your home make sure they are a good company. Ask the repairman for identification so you can be sure it's really the right person.
