Description of service
The service was the installation of our new tires and a wheel alignment. The price did not include the tires themselves. The tires were purchased separately at a local retail store, and then we purchased their installation and wheel alignment package.
Review of Service
The service was good and the tires were installed quickly and properly. We cannot really complain about the quality of the service itself. However, it was annoying to have to pay $65 basically as an additional fee. We thought this was a sort of thing that should have been included in the purchase of the new tires. We didn't come in expect to have to pay an additional fee for it just like we wouldn't expect to have to pay a delivery charge in addition to a tip for a pizza pie.
Tips
Read all of the fine print carefully, and pay great attention to the detail. Make sure the price you are being quoted is all-inclusive. Often time installation charges such as this one are "hidden costs". If a retailer has an "out the door pricing" system, and their price seems higher than some competitors, it may actually be a better deal since the other guys are going to have installation charges.
