Description of service
I had a new tire installed, new valve stem and wheel alignment done on my car. I had previously had 3 other tires installed but the one tire was still good at the time.
Review of Service
The service for the selection and installation of the new tire was excellent. The service personnel was professional and courteous and used covers on the seats and floor in order not to dirty the inside while they were working on it. The only challenge is that they are always trying to sell additional service at the same time. I have also heard that others had the same experience.
Tips
I would recommend that you should be aware of the companies trying to sell additional service, on top of the tires. This was a company that specialized in tires but every time I go there, they always try to find and say that something in addition needs to be repaired. The first time I decided to check with my local dealer and the things that they said needed repaired was not agreed upon by the dealer. I still go to them because their tire prices and services are good and I just don't follow their advice on additional items that need to be repaired.
