Description of service
I recently had an issue with the driver's side rear tire of my 2005 Toyota Camry being punctured with a screw. After putting the donut on the car, I took it to a tire place near my office with the hopes that they could repair it. Unfortunately, that was not the case, and I needed to purchase a new tire. The cost of $125 covers the new tire, the installation of the new tire, as well as balancing, and wheel alignment, as well as time and labor.
Review of Service
This tire shop did a good job of matching the new tire to the existing tires, as well as getting the work done within the one hour time frame that they had promised. The staff was friendly, and they seemed genuinely sorry that they were not able to simply patch the tire. After they completed the work, the alignment on the car is better than it has been in years, so it drives perfectly.
Tips
I usually like to go to the same car repair shop, because I figure if you use one shop and build a business relationship, they are likely to take care of you in the future. However, this time I was not able to, so I decided to ask recommendations from coworkers, and using other people's knowledge and experience is a good way to pick a repair shop in a pinch.
