Review of Service
The service was terrible. I had used the same wheel place in the past for another vehicle, and wasn't over the moon about them in the past, but they were inexpensive. This time, my truck was out of alignment, and needed to have new tires installed and the wheels balanced because of a bumpy camping trip my family had taken. When I took my truck in, they said they did the best they could with the alignment, but they said one of the rims was bent, and they couldn't get the wheel perfectly aligned. After paying so much money for new wheels and the alignment, I was understandably disappointed with the results. I took the truck to another wheel place in town, and they were able to perfectly balance the affected tire by adding a weight to it, and it has been just fine since. I am not sure I would go back to the wheel place who handled the installation because they were trying to make more money from me by charging me for a new rim. I won't go back there again.
Tips
If something doesn't feel right with the service you are getting somewhere, don't hesitate to go somewhere else. Most wheel places will give free estimates for their work, and should be fairly straight forward
