the Price of Youth Football

We signed our 9 year old son up for a national tackle football association. Our son had previously played in the same organization but in the flag football division. The fees cover the registration, organization and equipment. They practice twice a week nightly and play games every Saturday. The season lasted for about 8 weeks.

I played in this organization when i was a kid like a lot of other parents on our team. This organization offers activities to boys and girls. Girls are able to sign up and play football or can opt for the cheerleading program. The season is very organized. A schedule in given to the parents during the annual parents meeting after registration. All instruction and equipment is provided by the league. The practices and games are hosted at local high schools in our area. Our son was very excited to finally be able to play tackle football and we are looking forward to supporting his new team. The coaching staff was great. We felt very comfortable having our child play under this program. Overall we are very pleased with the organization and there commitment to teach and protect the safety of our child.
