Description of service
My son was throwing up at least 15 times a day and turning blue while coughing so I took him to the Pediatrician and they did not do any blood work or anything. The put him on a Nebulizer that cost us 275.00 because I did not have insurance at the time and they gave my son steroid prescriptions, cough medicine, albueterol, and an antibiotic. After paying over 300.00 in prescriptions, none of the medicines worked. Finally I took him to a Children Emergency Room and they did all kinds of test and found out what the real problem was he had whopping cough. So I ended up paying the Pediatrician money for nothing which ran around 600.00 and the Emergency Room 1200 dollars.
Review of Service
The employees and doctors were nice but the things they were telling me we all wrong. They did not even do blood work or anything. I would rate it a D.
Tips
Make sure you get a second opinion from another doctor so you won't end up giving your child unnecessary medications or services that you don't need. Also, do your internet research and document everything you may be able to guide the doctor in the right direction of to what illness your child has.
