Description of service
My son Began to have a fever after attending a birthday party. I gave him Medicine to try and reduce it. But, by the next morning the fever was still the same. Because we where about three hours from our regular doctor, I began to search for a reputable pediatrician that would be willing to take my son at such a short notice. I finally found one through a directory that would take my son as a walk-in. The price of the service included a Walk in fee of one hundred and twenty five dollars as well as a doctors fee of two hundred dollars.
Review of Service
The quality of service was excellent. I was able to get my son in and out of the office without waiting a long period of time. The nurses made sure that they had all the information needed to diagnose the cause of the fever. Everyone from the receptionist to the check out clerk were very respectful. Being that we were out of town, I had to pay full price for the visit in which I feel was a bit over pricey. The only thing I did not like about this visit was that they didn't accept my insurance card!
Tips
Anyone looking for the services I used should check their resources and be prepared for any extra expenses if they are out of towners.
