Description of service
i was rear ended by another car on the second day i had bought my car. At first glance my bumper didn't look bad but i stuck my hand beind the bumper and it was bad basicly the metal behind it was shredded so i took my car to a body shop and they had to hold the car for several days so the other guys insurance paid for a rental car at 39.99 a day for 5 days so that was 199.95
then the cost for materials was 59.99 for some sheet metal and the cost to repaint my bumper was rather expensive because the had to remove all of the paint and repaint it and the labor was $500 and the cost to get the right paint for my car was 190.06
Review of Service
the whole bumper repair took a lot longer than i expected and that is due to having to wait for parts to come in and basically watching the paint dry. The csr that was taking care of me was rushed because they were extremely busy and just seemed like he didn't care about me as a customer because of the high work load he had.
Tips
the biggest tip is obvious don't get rear ended in the first place but if you do find a small home town body shop that takes there time to do things right and go see them because they will get you back on the road with your car faster than some big chain of stores that has a very high work load on there hands
