the Cost of Bumper Repair

Someone hit the rear end of my car with the front of theirs and caused huge damage to the back of my car. Since it was made of plastic, it damaged easily. The parts alone to fix the car were not that expensive, but I had an unusual color and had to pay extra to have the paint match my original paint color. I also had to pay thousands just for the labor costs alone! I did not tip a gratuity as I felt they were paid enough for the repair costs alone.

I think that this was a complete rip off! I was lucky enough to have insurance to cover this, but it did raise my rates considerably. The rate just for the labor is way too expensive and they can charge as much as they like.

If you know someone that knows how to do car repairs, take it to them! You can save thousands upon thousands of dollars just by taking it to someone who won't charge you an arm and a leg for labor costs. Also, make sure your mechanic is certified and knows what they are doing, there are several people who are fraudulent out there!
