Description of service
I was rear ended while driving my Ford Edge to pick up my daughter from daycare. The mother behind me was on her cell phone and wasn't paying attention. She was in a large Range Rover and it cracked the right side of my bumper. It also took of some of my bumper off and left pieces of it in the street. It was so damaged that I needed a whole new one. It took about an hour of half wait for it to get replaced and costed me $800 for parts and labor.
Review of Service
The service was very quick and cheaper than going to the dealership service shop. The shop already had a replacement bumper and the mechanics were very friendly. They were upfront about all costs and didn't overcharge me at all or try to throw in add ons. I am very satisfied with the way my car looks now. It doesn't even look like I was in an accident.
Tips
The dealership I bought my Edge at wanted me to wait three days for the bumper to ship and I didn't want to wait. I shopped around and called other shops until I found one that had my bumper in stock. It only took me an extra half hour to call around instead of waiting two days to have one shipped to the shop.
