Description of service
My wife was recently rear ended while stopped at a red light, causing severe damage to the rear bumper of her vehicle. The cost included both parts and labor. The only downside is that the insurance company required that the part was not new, and instead was used. To complete the job, the auto body company required having the car for a week.
Review of Service
We had never used this auto body shop before, but it came recommended from our normal garage. They did a fairly good job matching the paint and installing the bumper so that one can not tell that the car had ever been in an accident. As an added bonus, even though they said they would need seven days to complete the job, they actually finished it in five. The staff at the company was always very attentive in answering any questions, and once we signed over the check from the insurance company, we were allowed to pick up the car.
Tips
Be sure to get recommendations from friends, neighbors, or your own mechanic about what auto body shop to use. Also, do not be afraid of calling them for an update, and asking what the status of the job is.
