Description of service
The bumper was patched as a hole was punctured in it on the drivers side. this required it to be sanded down, then patched with fiberglass and repainted to match the car which was a two stage paint job with a clear coat finish
Review of Service
The service was excellent from start to finish. The owner of the business called me and arranged for a time for me to come to the shop with my vehicle. upon arrival pictures were taken and an estimate was provided in regards to price and also in when I could expect the car to be finished. They handled the insurance claim and made my participation in the whole process seamless. When we were finishe with the estimate a car from the local rental agency arrived to take me to their location to pick up my rental, all aranged by the repair shop. When my car was completed, on time, I was called and notified to come for my car. They handed me the keys and I drove away with a receipt for the repairs and a perfectly repaired car.
Tips
Communication is the key to success and letting the repair shop know at the start what your expectations are.
