Description of service
My 1998 Ford Escort Station Wagon was involved in a minor accident in March of 2009. It was hit from the rear while stopped, while the person in the vehicle behind me wasn't paying attention.
The location that I took the car to had to replace the bumper because the hole in the bumper was too large to be able to fix. It took approximately 2 hours to fix it after they had the parts for it, and now my car doesn't look like anything happened to it.
Review of Service
The company I took my car to had great service. I hadn't been to them prior to this incident, and I had heard from word of mouth that they were a good company. I really appreciated how much time they took out to explain what exactly they were doing and didn't try to rush through the explanation. The work that they did was absolutely excellent. When somebody looks at my car, they can't tell what happened to it. I plan on going back to them if I ever have any problems with my car again.
Tips
If you've got a similar issue to mine, the best thing you could do is ask around to see if anybody has firsthand experience with the company you plan on going to. Don't be afraid to ask questions to the company you're paying your money to, and make sure you're 100% satisfied with the work before you leave.
