Description of service
The service was an all-inclusive package of a resume bank service, resume mailing list service, and career training sessions. It included an online user Id and password to access premium online material as well as attendance passes to 8 class sessions. It also included 10 free resume package mailings.
Review of Service
So far, I have been pleased, but I have yet to land my job. It is a difficult economy right now so it can be frustrating. However, I know the service is helping me. I have had 5 callbacks this week already. In my previous 8 weeks of unemployment prior to using the service, I got only one call total. So the results are starting to speak for themselves, I just have to be patient and realize that its going to take some time. The staff has been friendly and positive. Think of it almost like a concierge staff service for your career. They are there to make you better and help you out.
Tips
It is such a bad economy right now you need any advantage that you can to give yourself a step up over the next guy. Joining a website or other in person type career services provider can give you that advantage, and I would strongly recommend it.
