the Price of Career Training

The service I received was for a twelve week course in Medical Transcription training. The course included hands-on transcription practice using classroom materials such as workbooks and audio tapes and transcribing machines that students were not required to pay for. The price was simply to cover the cost of the actual course and use of the equipment. At the end of the course, students received a Medical Transcription Certificate.

I felt the quality of this service was excellent. Most employers require you to have a certificate so I felt that to receive a certificate for only $90.00 and in only twelve weeks was terrific. I don't feel like quality was sacrificed either. I personally learned a lot and got plenty of practice using skill I would need in a job. The instructor was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She was a practicing transcriptionist and even went as far as to provide job openings to her students.

Again, I felt that I received a fair service for the price. You should know, however, that in order to take the Medical Transcription course, they required you to have taken the Medical Terminology course as a prerequisite. That course was also twelve weeks and cost the same amount - $90.00
