Description of service
The service I received was 14 hours of training on how to be a loan processor. It was spread over 2 days and included all materials and booklets, but no meals.
Review of Service
The quality of the service was very good. The instructors were very knowledgeable and very experienced. One of the great things about the course was the chance to interact with the other loan processor trainees and hear about their previous experience. The only negative thing I would have to say about the service is that the primary instructor for the 2 days was a loan officer and processor in Colorado, so she was teaching from the perspective of doing loans in Colorado. But doing loan processing in California can be quite different and so it would have been more helpful to have a instructor from California who was used to dealing with California loans. But overall I feel that the price I paid for the training was well worth it and a good value.
Tips
As I mentioned above, the networking aspect of this training was very valuable. I met many people in my industry over the 2 days that were able to pass along great information to me as I was very inexperienced at the time. So even when sitting in an instructional, classroom type of setting, always be looking to network at any type of professional training.
