Description of service
Last year I decided that I wanted to become a nurses aid. So I signed up and went through the class and hands on training. It taught us how to do a variety of things and also gave CPR and first aid certifications. For everything the cost was 85.00 and it took 3 weeks to get through the course.
Review of Service
I thought it was a very good deal for the money. Being that it was all hands on for the most part I felt as though I was really learning a lot. At the end of the course I felt I had what it takes to pass the state test. I was really please with how they taught the course and all students were giving one on one attention. It was well worth the money.
Tips
If you are thinking of becoming a nursing assistant look around. Since I have taken the course I have learned that there are some nursing homes and hospitals that will actually pay for your training. There are also programs that some states fund that would also help pay for the training. You should also talk to people in that field and she how they trained and if they have any advice that may be able to help you.
