The service consisted of a short duration (3 days) training at a renown institution in a specialized domain area. The training was on the software engineering domain.
Review of Service
I recently attended a training session that lasted for 3 days. In this training, dedicated to a specific industry standard, the attendees could get knowledge on the standard and getting new insight from all the other attendants. The training started always on time and it was very interesting how the instructors managed to involve all the attendants in the discussions. It was surprising for me how all the attendants actively participated in the discussions and in the several group assignments that were performed.
Right from the start, the support staff was always present and willing to help in everything that the attendants needed.
The support materials that were handed out were very adequate to the course and to the concepts that were presented.
The organization of the whole course was very well thought, because first we had a more theoretical presentation on the concepts and then the several different groups would be divided into the different aspects of the concepts that were just presented. This organization structure was very easy to follow and very much rewarding in terms of knowledge.
Overall, I evaluate this course as very positive, since the materials were good and the concepts were the ones expected to be taught.
Tips
Please try to arrange all the travel issues in order to be able to attend all the course and not missing even the last part.
