Description of service
I attended a career training program in 2006 to become a Certified Systems Engineer. The program offered training in all the areas for the Certified Systems Engineer, including the minor areas with separate certifications. For example, the A Certification, which is hardware and software training, and the Net Certification, which is training for networking with systems.
Review of Service
The service itself was great, very inclusive and very helpful. The price of each examination (A , Net , etc was included in this fee) The price, I felt, was a bit extraneous. The program alone cost $1500, not including extra supplies, or study kits. I understand this is a high demand field, but it seemed like a large price to pay. I would definitely recommend the program itself to other people, but maybe not in the same place.
Tips
Always make sure to check prices, do your research. Find out what items are and are not included in the price of the program, and whether or not the place you've chosen is the best for you personally. Make sure to research hours and times for classes, in case you have other scheduling conflicts. Many "training programs" have varied hours for adult learners and people with full time jobs, unfortunately the one I attended did not have this option.
