Description of service
I was in an accident in which a sedan ran into the passenger side of my car going 40 miles per hour. The right front panel of my car had to be completely replaced and there was a small amount of paint work to be done on the door panel, also. I had the door handle on the passenger side replaced. It ended up taking about a week and a half to complete all the repairs.
Review of Service
I was thrilled with the service itself. My car looked brand new, everything was put on correctly and the panels were stable. The paint job was stellar - there is no evidence of any past scratches. The door handle works perfectly now. I was not happy with two things: The price changed two times. I was given an original quote. After a few days, they said that there was a problem, and I would have to pay more. Then, they found out that a part had to be special ordered, and I had to pay more for that, also. The second problem was that it took much longer than I was originally told. The work was supposed to take three days, and I ended up waiting a week and a half.

Make sure you are aware of any complications or changes that could occur before you take your car in for repair.
