Description of service
I just purchased a 99 Yukon from a private owner in January 09. The vehicle needed some work done to it that was not listed in the description of the vehicle. Once I and my husband had it looked at, we were found to be needing a new transmission, and a tune up. So we went and had a new one put in along with the tune up and ball joints in order to pass inspection.
Review of Service
The service we received was great and really inexspensive. When we looked online it seemed as if we would spend a arm and a leg trying to get the parts for a do it yourself project. Our estimated price at first was over two hundred dollars! Thats alot of money. The place who did our work didn't charge us barely anything. $150 total for a tune up, transmission, and to put ball joints on. I feel that was a very fair price and while I searched and searched I still have found none cheaper. The service was excellent. Also for the $150 I paid they had it done the very same day. No long wait and I didn't have to wait a week or over night. I would reccomend this price to pay to any one because they wont find any better than this one.
Tips
My only tip for everyone is before they go off and spend 100s and 100s on any work, shop around and see if you can find the best price. Don't just jump head first because you need the work done. Look first because you could spend all that money and it still isn't right.
