Description of service
Our truck was parked on a city street when it was hit in the rear by a hit and run driver. The tailgate and right rear lights were broken and the rear fender had to be painted as well as the tailgate. The total cost for all the repairs was $3,800 which included parts, paint and labor. Of that amount, I had to pay a $500 deductible on my insurance.
Review of Service
The dealership where I had the repairs made did a good job and matched the paint perfectly. They had estimated five to seven days for the work to be completed based on parts and the special paint. It took two weeks but the final product was worth the extra time. I found nothing wrong with their service and and would certainly recommend them to my friends. Based on the cost of labor and parts I feel it was a fair price and the insurance company had no hesitation in their doing he work.
