the Cost of Chevy Repair

My car was running real rough, shutting off when ever it chose, and was smelling strongly like gas, until it just completely shut down, and just wouldn't restart. I had stopped to get gas, and of course after filling it completely full of gas, it decided not to start. I called my mechanic, and he was nice enough to go ahead and call for a tow-truck. It took about an hour for the tow-truck guy to arrive. I had it towed to my mechanic's shop, so that he could look it over. He determined that it was the fuel pump, after only 20 minutes of looking at it.

This was a 7 hour job for labor, so they actually had to keep my car over night. My mechanic always guarantees his parts, and labor for 1 year after the repair. This job requires quite a bit of work, they actually have to remove your whole gas tank completely.

My mechanic shop, always makes sure to provide me with a ride home while the repair is being done, and they will also pick me up to get my car. This mechanic is always quick, and he completes the job properly.
