This service description is for a trip to the doctor for a yearly physical examination. It included a blood pressure check, vital signs check and medication refills.
Review of Service
My review of this doctor's office is favorable. The doctor was nice and professional. He did a thorough examination which consisted of the routine vitals as well as filling out a referral form for blood work. This is done every year. The waiting area had two sides to it, one side with a television set, and the other without. It was comfortable and they never have too long of a wait there, which is one of the things I like most about it. The doctor answered any concerns I had and took his time visiting me. He did not appear hurried or rushed to get to the next patient. I would recommend this particular doctor to anyone who is in need of a good doctor.
Tips
The tip I have is that if you are a first time patient here, arrive early so that you can fill out the forms on your health history and any insurance information you need to submit. Filling out all of these forms can take time. Also, make sure you bring important I.D, social security verification and insurance cards with you.
