Description of service
First off, I don't like to give a bad review for anyone if I dont' feel this insulted.
I believed people who said it was a great place for people who use Jeep. But I was very disappointed that I went here.
The first time I went there because my car didn't start and Phil would be able to address the problem and fix it for me right away.
The second time I went there my ABS light was on and didn't go away, and he didn't have it in stock so I waited but never heard back after almost a week so in the same week I happened to be in the neighborhood and so I dropped by just to see if he got the part and because my car got worse, it had an addition symptom related to the ABS light.
Review of Service
When I stopped by I asked him if he was too busy but no he was by himself and no other clients but he told me I annoyed him that I dropped by without calling him before. I was pretty insulted when he actually said that to me as a customer. What kind of a business place talks to a client like this?
So I was already dissappointed but wanted to give this place another chance. I called and he still didn't have the part and he told me that he will call back...and I've never heard back.
I went to another place called "smog shop" on Fell street. They could find me the ABS part and fixed it for me right away.
Jeep absolute might be a great place for Jeep users since it specializes in Jeep, but the customer service I received was unforgettable and I never had any places I used their service told me I annoyed them.
Tips
If you take you car in, call to i've been doing. Or you could not go off roading with jeeps so they don't break so easily.
