Description of service
I went there for engine repair, and general repair. Since the time I bought my jeep, I had this feeling that engine is not showing its 100%.
In March of 2009, my eng. lite came on. I took my jeep to the dealership for repairs. they charged me for testing, and repairs, three weeks later the eng. lite came back on, I went back and asked them to check their work, they charge me for another test, and repairs.
Review of Service
both times they said nothing was under warranty but they didn't have the same warranty number in their company as I had in hand and wouldn't check the paper one. Three weeks later, May 2009, eng. lite back on, went to different repair shop and they found the new part was on backwards and they fixed it. Called the dealership. Spoke to a manager who got really nasty with me and told me her repairman don't make mistakes. And she said the other shop was not to fix it because she wanted to see for her self. Well the other shop had to fix it to get my eng. lite to turn off. And now the manager tells me that the company won't pay for the corrected repairs that they caused in the first place.
Tips
Always do a comprehensive research on the dealer you are going to purchase cars from that do they give you proper service or not.
