The service I received was for the full replacement of a cracked radiator. The price included all parts and labor, and the service took about 8 hours to complete. The cost also included all new coolant and topping off of all other fluids.
Review of Service
The service I received was far from exemplary. I had taken my Jeep to this particular service department a few weeks prior, due to the fact that our heater was not working (a big problem in Utah in January). After keeping my car for 4 hours, they could find nothing wrong and sent me home saying the car had just run out of coolant. A week later, the coolant was gone again. I took it back in and this time they said the radiator was cracked and urgently needed replaced. After saying they could have it done in 4 hours, it ended up taking about 8 hours, with me sitting there waiting most of the time. Needless to say, I have not returned there for their poor service.
Tips
Definitely get good recommendations on car repair places. This one was horrible, and I have since started taking my jeep to another service. Suddenly it has had very few problems, whereas before it was very expensive to constantly repair its many issues. Also, look up reviews on service centers online. This helped me find a good one!
