The service done to my vehicles was the replacemend of the front and back brakes pads as well as the front and back rotors. The cost of repair did not include any type of gratuity. The repair included the price for parts which were both pairs of brakes and both pairs of rotors. It also included the cost of labor to complete the job. The price to discard the old material is also listed on my reciept.

Some people have told me that this was a hefty price to pay for this type of repair. Despite that, I will still continue to bring my vehicle to this particular service shop. The employees at this location are always very thorough and honest. They take thier time making sure everything is done correctly. If I ever have an issue with the service after it is complete, they will take care of the problem free of charge. So, I may pay a little too much for the job however, I feel as if I am paying for the exceptional service as well.

My advise is to do some research online prior to sticking with one place. Also, ask around your local area, get several estimates. Make sure no hiddne fees are tucked away where you won't see them until time comes to pay the bill. Make sure they will check your system if you have problems afterwards.
