Description of service
This service included the cost of the parts, installation, testing, and factory warranty on the installation. The installation of this part not only gave me better gas mileage; but also gave me more horsepower, and longer air filter life (as it was a lifetime filter and only needs to be serviced every 10 to 12 thousand miles).
Review of Service
The service was fantastic, the parts department ordered the cold air intake straight from the factory. Everything showed up within four days, the parts department called me when it showed up and determined if I wanted to install the parts myself. I didn't have enough time to do it so they scheduled a time with the service department and called me back. We showed up at for the appointment and the vehicle went straight into the shop, forty five minutes later the mechanic was done and had tested the system. We later tested the system on the open highway with an average of two miles per gallon better fuel efficiency.
Tips
Do some research and find out what can be done to improve the general performance of your vehicle. This can be something as simple as a cold air intake, a new exhaust system or even just perfoming general system maintenance. This not only help the performance of your vehicle, but also help to save money in the long run.
