Description of service
The car was hesitating at times while I was driving. I took it to the dealer and they had to do extensive testing before they were able to determine the problem. One of the problems was that the check engine light bulb needed replaced and did not provide an indication that there was a problem, so they replaced the bulb. They found that the RMP signal went to 0 in freeze frame data during the testing. They replaced the crank shaft 7X sensor which took care of the problem. During the diagnostics of the problem, it was discovered that the battery was low, so the battery was also replaced.
Review of Service
The service was excellent. The mechanic and service manager were both very friendly and kept me informed all along as they tried to isolate the problem. Once the problem was identified, they explained the repair options and the cost. The service that they provide is always good, reliable and done at a fair price.
Tips
The best thing that I found with my car is to take it to the dealer and keep up on the maintenance and oil changes. I looked on the Internet and other owners of this model have had a number of problems with their cars. I feel by taking it to the same place all of the time and on a regular basis allows them to know the car and catch problems before they occur.
