The problem first surfaced when I had some tires changed at a tire store. They were not able to determine the problem at first. I thought the problem might have been due to the new tires that were installed at first. After my 3rd time returning, they said that the noise was from my parking brake wire. I then went to dealer, where he told me what the problem was. I went to the tire store because they have better prices on tires. I finally took it to the dealer after determining that the problem was a coincidence that occured at the same time and not the fault of the tire store. The key thing to remember is to only have stores work on their specialty and not other items.
