the Cost of Pontiac Repair

I have owned a Pontiac since 2006 and i am very proud of it. The car was running fantastic and i never had any problem until January this year when i was had some problem with my transmission the gear pedal usually stuck every time it is shifted to second gear. I couldn't go above 25 miles per hour on a busy freeway. So i thought that i better see a mechanic.

The service I received was pretty good, although I was not happy paying so much, that was the going rate with all the repair centers near by. The service was done in a timely and professional manner. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of the repairs required. They preformed the service and in the amount of time that they said they would, so over all it was fair. It is the usual average charges for that kind of repair so i don't mind paying it as long as my vehicle is good.

Before giving the car for repair first search on the internet or inquire about the usual cost and solution of the problem it helps in dealing with the mechanics and negotiating the price. Call some of your local repair shops before you have any car repair done. Sometimes the prices can vary by hundreds of dollars!
